There are 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada. Most provinces and territories in Canada can nominate immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). These immigrants must have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of that province or territory, and must want to live there.
Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and criteria for their PNP. For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target students, business people, skilled workers or semi-skilled workers. Since January 1, 2015, many provinces and territories have launched new Express Entry streams
Potential candidates are required to complete their online profiles as a first step to immigrate to Canada under the Express Entry Program. Unlike policy in the past, there are no deadlines to submit the application/express entry profile or quotas applied to the number of applicants that could be accepted to the Express Entry Pool.
We are Authorized Canadian Immigration Consultancy and our team of seasoned immigration professionals can assist you in achieving your Canadian immigration goals through Express Entry whether you are applying for the program for the first time, have already submitted an Express Entry Profile or have received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
